sorry it's been a hot minute! actually a whole transfer oops... anyways it's been super busy times here in thatcher. I love this place with my whole heart. the people are amazing. the Bishops are so missionary minded. also the stake president. I love the members. I love my companion Elder Peterson. I love being with elder kjar. I love how cold it is here. I love the Barraza family who we're teaching. I love bishop Turley and his family. I love bishop dodge and his family. I love my family.

lots of things I love right there. 

so guess what... I'm getting transferred haha. I'm gonna be going to Tucson and covering the ysa 1st ward for the university of Arizona. I heard my new companion is dope and I met him and I would agree. 

so a little of a summary from this transfer... we have been gaining so many new opportunities to serve others! it's going so great! we have found so many people this transfer so it's lowkey sad that I cant continue on with them. our friend Sam that we found one week, came to church that week and already is super down to join the church! our friend James has talked to many a missionary in the past and bore his testimony of the book of mormon to us! our friend Ian accepted a baptismal date! our friend John is super grateful we found him bc he's been wanting to come to church for a while but hasn't had the guts to until we came around and just happened to knock on his door! 

that is but a summary haha. this transfer has gone by soooo fast. it's unreal. it's crazy how 6 weeks can go by as if it's been a week. 

I just want to bear testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ. I know that He lives. He has taken upon Himself our pains, sins, and iniquities that He may succor us in our infirmities. He loves us. I also want to leave my witness of our Heavenly Parents! They love us. They care about us. They watch over us. along with that... I know with every fiber of my being that The Book of Mormon is true. It can bring us closer to our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ than any other book. There is power enriched in the words of that book of scripture. There are also Heavenly powers enriched in the words of our Prophets and Apostles. I know that President Russell M. Nelson is the Prophet of God here on the earth today. He loves us and cares for us. I know that Joseph Smith was a true Prophet of God and that he did, in reality, see God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored here on the earth today. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds the proper priesthood authority from God.

I'm so grateful for the Gospel! I love this place. I love my family. I'm so grateful for the Temple so we can be sealed and binded together forever.

  hey everyone! I wanted to take the time and write a legit email for you all bc I've been flakey. However the work hasn't been flakey. We've had so many cool things happen! We see miracles everyday. We found this guy named Ian at Chick-fil-A one night when we were eating dinner. Since we're ysa, we have activities on the daily! Ian was able to come to activities and meet a bunch of homies! He runs a 4:06 mile!  We get to go to the temple with our friend Robert this week! He just got baptized on Christmas and we're already going to the temple so I'm so hyped for him!  We've also been finding so many people on facebook and we found this guy who came to church after one invite haha. So dope.  We did service for this state park and it was in these camp grounds. It made me probably the trunkiest I've been on my mission yet. The smell of campfire next to these beautiful mountains. MORMON FRICK

  hey everyone! to be honest. this week was just not it. I was lowkey depressed this whole week because I miss elder kjar. when you connect spiritually with someone and then it gets spread apart... it hurts. President Grisel was helpful enough to send me a quote by President Benson. He states, "sometimes we must righteously hold on and outlast the devil until his depressive spirit leaves us." this week was one of the hardest I've worked yet because it was the only thing that distracted my mourning soul.  however, it was good too! my greenie elder Lindsey is so dope. he's slow on the bike but the kid inspires me like none other. he was baptized only a year ago. his faith shows and he has that yearning to learn more all the time. big respect for this guy .  this week I yearned for what President Nelson calls "spiritual momentum." UPDATE FROM BENSON

  hello everyone!  these last couple weeks have gone so quick! we had some really cool things happen! I share a few highlights below! - Barbara picked a baptismal date for may 27th!  - we found 3 new friends last week! - we went to Sierra Vista to play frisbee  - we went to the Kartchner caverns - our youth put their mission papers in! - we had a huge service for one our friends named Joe and our whole youth came - we went fishing again - it's getting hotttt again but I'm in a car so that's a w anyways those are some cool things that are happening. nothing too crazy right now. it's already the last week of the transfer . I had a real moment this last week where I realized that the mission is coming to a close fast and I need to work even harder than I am.  here's some cool scriptures!  "And so it is on the other hand.
